You will step back in time in the medieval streets of Fes and the Roman ruins of Volubilis. The adventure intensifies as you cross the Middle Atlas Mountains to reach the Sahara Desert, where you will trek by camel and sleep under the stars. The return leg takes you through the dramatic Todra Gorges, the “Hollywood of Africa” (Ouarzazate), and the High Atlas Mountains, concluding with a guided exploration of Marrakech.

Your Moroccan adventure begins the moment you touch down at Casablanca Mohammed V Airport. You will be warmly welcomed by your professional driver/guide in the arrivals hall.
We start your journey by visiting the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, an architectural masterpiece standing proudly over the Atlantic Ocean. It is one of the few mosques open to non-Muslims and features the tallest minaret in the world. Afterward, you can enjoy a stroll along the lively Corniche or explore the city center to soak in the vibrant energy of Morocco’s economic capital.

After breakfast, we travel north to Rabat, the political capital of Morocco. Here, you will visit the iconic Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, a masterpiece of modern Alaouite architecture. You will also walk through the picturesque Kasbah of the Udayas, with its blue and white walls overlooking the Bou Regreg river and the ocean.
In the afternoon, we continue our scenic drive through the lush green hills of the Rif Mountains. By evening, we arrive in Chefchaouen, the famous “Blue Pearl.” You will be welcomed by the cool mountain breeze and magical blue-painted streets.

Enjoy a peaceful morning in the blue city before we head south to Volubilis, the best-preserved Roman ruins in North Africa. A UNESCO World Heritage site, you can walk among ancient mosaics, basilicas, and triumphal arches that date back to the 3rd century.
Next, we visit Meknes, one of the four Imperial Cities. You will stand before the massive Bab Mansour Gate, considered one of the most beautiful gates in North Africa, and explore the historic medina walls. In the late afternoon, we arrive in Fes, the spiritual heart of the country.

We leave the city behind for a day of diverse nature. Our first stop is Ifrane, known as “Little Switzerland” for its alpine architecture and snow-capped roofs. We then pause in the Azrou Cedar Forest to see the playful wild Barbary Macaque monkeys in their natural habitat.
Crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains, we descend into the spectacular Ziz Valley, a vast canyon lined with thousands of date palm trees. By late afternoon, we reach Merzouga on the edge of the Sahara Desert. You will check into your hotel near the dunes and watch your first desert sunset.

Today is fully dedicated to the magic of the Sahara. After breakfast, we take a 4×4 off-road excursion to explore the desert surroundings.

Nomad Families: Share a cup of tea with Berber nomads in their tents and learn about their traditional lifestyle.
The Highlight: In the late afternoon, you will mount your camel for a magical sunset trek across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes. You will arrive at your Luxury Desert Camp for a night of Berber drumming, a delicious feast, and sleeping under a canopy of stars.

We recommend an early wake-up to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast and a shower at the camp, we leave the desert and head west to the Todra Gorges.
At Todra, you will walk beneath towering vertical limestone cliffs rising 300 meters high—a paradise for climbers and nature lovers. We continue along the “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs,” passing through the Valley of Roses and the Skoura Oasis. We arrive in the Dades Valley in the evening, surrounded by dramatic rock formations.

After breakfast, we travel to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” Here, you can see the famous film studios where movies like The Mummy were filmed.
A short drive away lies the legendary Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. This UNESCO World Heritage site is a stunning example of earthen clay architecture and has been the backdrop for Gladiator and Game of Thrones. After exploring the Kasbah, we cross the majestic High Atlas Mountains via the winding Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m). We arrive in Marrakech, the “Red City,” in the late afternoon.
